Curriculum:
1) Al-Qaidah Al-Nooraniyah/ القاعدة النورانية:
Mastering the Art of Qur'anic Recitation and Tajweed Rules
2) Memorization of the Qur'an (Hifz)
Dates: every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
Start Date: Wednesday, October 2nd
Classes run every week through the month of February (before the start of Ramadan in March 2025)
5 months total (break in November coinciding with MCA Umrah Trip)
Ages: 5-17 (Boys and Girls)
Study Groups (Start Times): Students will be assigned to 30-minute study groups based on age/level of reading:
1) Nooraniyah Fundamentals (6-6:30 pm)- Ages 5-8. For younger students of Qaa'idah Nooraniyyah
2) Nooraniyah Advanced (6:30-7:00 pm)- Ages 8-13. For older students of Qaa'idah Nooraniyyah
3) Hifz Juz 'Amma (7:30-8:00 pm): For students can read Quran independently and want to learn Surahs from the last Juz
4) Hifz Advanced (7:30-8:00 pm): For students can read Quran fluently and are looking to memorize beyond the last Juz
** Times/group assignments will be finalized on October 2nd. Please plan to arrive at MCA on October 2, at 6 pm with your children (the registered students) to get them assigned to study groups.
